We only process the data required to operate Respectfully, including your Gmail metadata, message content for search and drafting, and workspace configuration.
How we use your data
Your data powers inbox search, thread retrieval, training context, and AI-assisted replies. We do not sell personal data and only share with service providers necessary to deliver the product.
Security and retention
Access is protected with Google OAuth. We store tokens securely, limit scopes, and retain data only as long as needed for the service or as required by law.
Your controls
You can disconnect Gmail at any time, request deletion of stored data, and opt out of non-essential communications.
